Cameron to admit ‘debt mistakes’
3 月 13th, 2009 by popularnames3702David Cameron is to say in a speech that the Conservatives did not recognise the problem of unsustainable debt soon enough.
When it comes to marketing, whether free or costly, we are not just marketing a product. We should be marketing ourselves. No matter if its the quality of the product, the support we give, or even a professional looking website or blog. Its how you are perceived by readers , and viewers that could ultimately cause a prospect to take the next step - ie. clicking your ad, giving up an email address, or flat out buying the product. No matter what free method you use, you always have the chance to portray yourself as a professional. But the method that gives you the best chance to cover all the bases , and look like an expert in your product area, is article marketing. Hands down, no other free marketing technique works as well for short term and long term success.
Articles allow you to help the reader , and show them that you want to help them out. No other form of free marketing gives you that opportunity. Providing information to prospective buyers is your chance to build trust between you and the reader. Its becoming very hard for buyers to trust the online market. Heck, people have a hard time be trustful in real life situations. So when you offer advice or assistance, and then back up the offer with real helpful information , you are perceived as someone that has a certain level of knowledge on that subject. Which in turn , builds trust between you and the reader. People will often pay quite a bit more just to stick with a trusted name and a trusted , well known brand. We have all seen products at the grocery store. Many times the “off” brand is just as good as the “name” brand items, but significantly cheaper. Because the “name” brand is simply trusted and well-known. That is another great reason why article are the best free marketing option we have. Here are some other reasons why you should consider building a greater level of interest in article marketing:
- Knowledge is key, and you can be the knowledge provider.
- You get complete , undivided attention.
- Many articles get ranked very high on major search engines.
- You have many different options to choose from.(There are tons of article directories)
- Your trust leads to multiple sales over a longer period of time.
And those are just a few. Quite frankly, article marketing just works, period. Once you find out how certain articles get ranked on Google and Yahoo, to name a few, you will see tons of free, targeted traffic flood your sites and blogs and wherever else you send visitors. The reason why most people fail to have success with articles is their lack of knowledge. You have to know HOW it works. You can write the best, most informative articles, and still not see success.
To be honest, I have seen some pretty un-impressive articles with 20,000 views and on the 1st page of Google, just because the author knew how to set up the article for maximum success. And that can be said for all free marketing methods. Remember, when someone is looking for information, and they come across your article, you got them right where you want them. So make sure you put forth your best efforts when writing articles. It might be free, but article marketing is more than just a source of traffic, its about you selling yourself as an expert.

Maximize Your Health, Wealth And Energy By Learning To Wake Up Productive.
Waking up productive may sound a little out there for some but if you put these simple steps into action you will be amazed at how much more you can accomplish through the day.
We all get the same amount of time to do things. Yes, all of get our 1440 minutes a day to either:
A.) Be productive with or
B.) Piss away.
It’s your decision on how you spend it. Once those minutes are gone, that’s it, they are GONE! Finished! Finito!
So, let’s get this productive ball rolling shall we?
1. As soon as your eyes open from hopefully a great nights sleep, put a smile on your face. You just got another chance to do something spectacular! Oh and that smile just started off your exercise routine for the morning. You just worked three muscle groups in your face.
2. Drink at least a half liter of water. When you sleep your body loses hydration and can cause you to feel like you have a ball and chain on your ankle. Also, try to stay away from the caffeine first thing in the morning. Give yourself a chance to absorb that beautiful class of healthy water you just drank.
3. Give yourself at least 30 minutes for cardio exercise. Even if you have to get up earlier in the morning; do not skip this step. Get your blood pumping and oxygen flowing! You would be amazed at what this does for every part of your body including your brain. Getting your body and brain jump started through exercise will reduce some of that stress you may be carrying around.
4. For around 10 or 15 minutes go and lock yourself in a room for some alone time. Meditate and get in some of that spiritual light or just shut your eyes and listen to yourself breath. Clear your mind of all negativity. This really gets you to a point of understanding who you really are. It will also take tons of stress off your shoulders.
5. Make your first meal of the day your healthiest one. This will set the stage for how you eat the rest of the day. Some great things to put in your body any time of day are: Almonds and Apple Juice, both are believed to increase brain power and memory, Leafy greens and Raw Vegetables, both have tons of vitamins and minerals. Leafy vegetables are also good for the eyes and help prevent age-related diseases that can cause loss of site. Fresh fruits including at least a handful of blueberries every day. Blueberries are high in anti oxidants and really get in your system to promote your health.
Now that you have taken less than 60 minutes to wake up productive,(actually it only took you a few seconds to wake up productive when you put that smile on your face) you still have 1,380 minutes left in your 24 hours. Approximately 450 of those minutes will be used for sleeping. So, you will have 930 minutes more to get a ton of stuff accomplished!
Have a Productive Day!

Mortgage Reconstruction 2009 - The Time For New Mortgage Laws
3 月 10th, 2009 by popularnames3702As of Monday July 14th, 2008, the government has passed new laws which cause a decent amount of change within the mortgage industry and how these companies give out loans to homeowners. Even though they were passed on Monday, these rules wont take effect until October 2009 to give time for companies to transition to the new set of standards.
The concept being birthed Vera Bradley Diaper Bag 2007, was in response to the treatment homeowners were facing from mortgage companies and to the foreclosure crisis that took place. It has been stated that the basis for these new rules are to protect future home buyers from mortgage companies.
The Foreclosure Crisis
Within the late 2006, the housing industry felt a large blow when a mass amount of foreclosures occurred due to rates on mortgages and also because of the fact that many of the new loans were made to individuals with either bad credit or too low of an income.
Experts believe that the basis for so many of these home loans being in place was the fact that many homeowners thought they could reap benefits when refinancing later on. Even though, their ideology failed because with the interest rates reset higher, refinancing was hard to come by which led to approximately a million foreclosures.
Mortgage lenders, banks and other financial institutions felt the impact dramatically reporting 100’s of billion dollars in losses. Not only was the housing industry devastated, but the US economy in a whole was also rocked by the housing crisis. These issues led to the US Federal Reserve cutting down interest rates and to the creation of the economic stimulus package which was passed by the government in 2008 to help offset debt and to spur on economic growth and instill belief in the US economy.
The Economic Stimulus Package
The Economic Stimulus Package of 2008 was passed in order to restore good faith within the economy. Its main purpose was to provide assistance to low and middle income citizens. From the economic stimulus package, all recipients were set to receive at least $300 and an extra $300 per dependent under the age of 17. The maximum pay that a person would receive would be no more that $600. Any individuals with an annual income over $75,000 would not receive any monetary funds except for those who had qualifying children.
In addition to citizens, the law also applied to businesses offered them certain tax incentives. Those include tax deductions on eqiupment meant to improve ones business and an increase in how much a business can deduct in business expenses.
In an article by James Temple from SF Gate he lists several key changes in mortgage practices that was just passed on Monday.
General Mortgage Rules:
- Prohibit creditors and mortgage brokers from coercing appraisers into misstating a home’s value.
- Require additional information about rates, monthly payments and other loan features in all advertising.
- Ban seven deceptive or misleading advertising practices, including calling a rate or payment “fixed” when it can change.
Lending Rules For Higher Priced Subprime Loans:
- Force lenders to consider a borrower’s ability to repay loans from income and assets other than the home’s value.
- Require lenders to document a borrower’s income and assets.
- Ban penalties for borrowers who pay off loans early, if the payment can change in the first four years. In certain cases, a prepayment penalty period can’t exceed two years.
- Mandate that creditors ensure certain borrowers set aside money to pay for property taxes and insurance, by establishing escrow accounts.
In reference to the new mortgage rules, many claim that these rules will assist many homeowners and aspiring homeowners from companies that prey on them to make a profit despite the views on their practices are questionable. Yet with this belief intact, many individuals still hold firm in their opinion that these rules are just a tip of the iceberg and much more needs to be done within the housing industry and in relation to some of the illegal practices carried on by some of the lending companies.

Virtual Assistants Are Crucial to Small Business Success in 2009
3 月 9th, 2009 by popularnames3702A savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) can use the current business climate to her advantage this year. As small business owners navigate the challenging economic climate of 2009, they will undoubtedly need to change some of the fundamental ways in which they operate. To maintain a competitive edge, small businesses will need to:
- cut costs;
- be more efficient;
- focus on cash flow;
- continue (or increase) marketing efforts; and
- offer top-notch customer service.
Virtual Assistants are in a unique position to help a small business stay competitive in the coming year. By anticipating needs and presenting solutions to the unique challenges that a business owner will face this year, a VA can make herself an invaluable partner. Whether you are an aspiring Virtual Assistant ready to find your first client or a veteran VA ready to make this your most profitable year yet, use the following points to convince prospects that hiring you is vital to their success in 2009.
Virtual Assistants can help a small business cut costs
In and of itself, using a Virtual Assistant will help a business cut costs. A VA is flexible, typically working on an hourly basis, and only as much as you need her that month. By using a Virtual Assistant instead of hiring a full- or part-time administrative professional, there are no overhead expenses such as benefits, taxes or office equipment to purchase or maintain. Once hired, a Virtual Assistant can help an owner analyze other expenses and make smart purchasing decisions.
Virtual Assistants can help a small business be more efficient
A Virtual Assistant can help identify and implement ways to operate more efficiently and maximize productivity. This could include office management procedures, phone and email message management, and efficient use of technology.
Virtual Assistants can help a small business focus on cash flow
Any task that takes a business owner away from selling needs to be automated or outsourced to a Virtual Assistant or other expert. These tasks include (but are certainly not limited to) bookkeeping, correspondence, marketing, and web site maintenance. If a small business owner can not answer ‘yes’ to the question, “Is this the best use of my time right now?” then he or she needs a Virtual Assistant!
Virtual Assistants can help a small business increase their marketing efforts
A savvy business owner needs to market on many fronts to compete this year. Local media continues to be important, but in addition some businesses must also leverage their website, draw readers to an electronic newsletter, blog or podcast, and make use of social networking media. A Virtual Assistant can help manage or implement these efforts.
Virtual Assistants can help a small business offer top-notch customer service
It is increasingly competitive for a small business to keep customers buying from them. Virtual Assistants can help by conducting satisfaction surveys, analyzing trends or needs, or offering customer appreciation gifts. With the phone technology available, a VA can guarantee that a businesses phone is personally answered during business hours and customers will never have to reach voicemail. More importantly, Virtual Assistants can give business owners back the TIME they need to be responsive to customer needs.

Millennium Development Goals - The Upsides And Downsides
3 月 8th, 2009 by popularnames3702Since the year 2000, the Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s) have kept political and economic leaders alert. Yes, it’s obvious that their target is the year 2015 when it is expected that the world will be a better place.
It is ideal for us to really look on retrospective on how far Best Natural Colon Cleanser have faired. This article summarizes the ups and downs of MDG’s in the last eight years.
The Ups Of MDG’S
- Child mortality rate has actually dropped. This may not be unrelated to the fact that there are improved methods of combating major child killers - malaria and diarrhea.
- Gender equality has been given a boost. There are more women participation in politics and they clinching important seats in parliament.
- There is an increase in the rate of children who have enrolled in schools in the developing countries.
- Although the number of people who are extremely poor in sub-Saharan Africa have declined slightly. Yet, much still needs to be done. It is still a far cry from what it was intended.
The Downs Against MDG’S
- Inspite of every effort been made, it has been confirmed that one out of every sixteen women still die from complications of childbirth and pregnancy. Annual figure pegged for this about 500,000 women.
- There are still a large number of underweight children in sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Asia. Statistics have shown that about 30 million of these children are still been neglected.
- The world wide epidemic of HIV and AIDS is still on the increase. Today more than 5 million people are infected with this scourge.
- A lot still needs to be done on the sanitary condition of people all over the world. Almost 2 billion people need improvement in their sanitary condition. Clean water comes into the picture here.
- Emissions of carbon dioxide in our climate have continued to pose lots of concern for us. The resulting climatic change is not unconnected with it. There is still need to address this issue.
So far so good, the MDG’s have not really gone out of focus. However, the target is around the corner if about 60% of the objectives is achieved, then, the world will be a better place. http://www.sunnyarticles.blogspot.com
Why Jesus Would Vote No on 8
3 月 6th, 2009 by popularnames3702Throughout this election season we have seen wild accusations, strong feelings and deceitful advertising on many issues. Nationally, this is focused on the Presidential race, but here in California we are seeing the same kind of bitter focus on a piece of legislation that, for a large portion of our population, is equally important.
I am among those with strong feelings about the proposal to amend the state constitution to define legal marriage as being between a man and a woman. Simply put, I must tell you that I am categorically against any law which denies any citizen their civil rights.
The primary opposition to that view is being based in the churches. It’s predictable. It is also, from my point of view, incredibly sad.
Approximately two thousand years ago, a transformational figure emerged from a small town called Nazareth. This man’s teachings and morality were so revolutionary that they have literally transformed the globe. He was an incredible pioneer… not in the area of religion, although that certainly applies. But in civil rights.
Let’s look at the man, his actions and his teaching. I am restraining this discussion to the actual words and deeds of the man Jesus. I am not, for the purposes of this piece, interested in the epistles of his followers. Also, I am taking the Gospels at face value, ignoring the questions about the literal truth of the document and focusing on the man they describe.
Jesus of Nazareth was the one of the first major western figures to propose such revolutionary concepts as the separation of church and state, pacifism in the face of persecution and a commitment to care for the poor, sick and disabled. But the leadership position I wish to emphasize here is his belief in equality.
If you examine the teachings and words of Jesus, you find a dramatic difference between him and his contemporaries. One that is less obvious to us because of the very changes his teachings helped bring about.
In that time, it was an accepted truth that a king was in all ways superior to his subjects, that only a priest could speak to God and that people who were different were inferior. Women were chattel. Children were an expendable commodity. Slavery was common. Those who worked in certain professions were not only misguided, but evil and sub-human.
Jesus rejected all of the above. He recruited his disciples from the ranks of fishermen. Laborers, whose lack of formal education was appalling to the men who sat in the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem. He dared to suggest that a common man was as valuable as a king or priest. He not only suffered the attentions of children, he adored them. He sought out the companionship of women, not as sexual vessels, but as his intellectual equal. He healed lepers, who were considered to have been afflicted by God for their sins. He comforted the insane, who were considered to be possessed by demons.
And perhaps most shocking of all, he preached that Samaritans and Gentiles of all sorts, even Romans, were worthy of respect. Just as were such “scum” as tax collectors and prostitutes.
When he would not desist from these teachings, he was considered so incredibly dangerous that he was put to death. Not by the civil authorities. According to most accounts, they did everything they could to avoid condemning him. He was condemned by the religious establishment of his own country. By those viewed by the masses he preached to as closest to God. By the men who should most have embraced his message, were they truly concerned with souls instead of shekels.
Now, those who occupy the same place in the consciousness of California are arguing that a group of God’s children are somehow less deserving of civil rights. That granting these civil rights, despite not changing a single thing about their own lives, will somehow reduce the value of marriage. They are arguing that a “true believer” has no choice but to vote yes on Proposition Eight.
In doing so, they take a direct stand against the ideals of Jesus of Nazareth. They betray the very concepts this man died a horrible death to defend. They deny his example. Note that I am not talking about sin. I am talking about the legal principles that Jesus pioneered.
Peter denied his Lord three times. These people prepare to follow the example of Peter on November fourth. Peter’s guilt, by all accounts, followed him for the rest of his days and even influenced the manner of his death.
There is no doubt in my mind that if Jesus of Nazareth were to cast a ballot this November, he would vote against this measure to disenfranchise a portion of the masses. Every position of his ministry expresses this. He died rather than reject his convictions.
If you truly honor this man, how can you betray the principles of his life?
Ignore your personal Sanhedrin. Vote no on Proposition Eight.
