The article “Vision at Work” is about management, it has been released by Jim Clemmer.”Vision is one of the least understood - and most overused -
terms in the language…When you have superb alignment, a
visitor could drop into your organization from another planet
and infer the vision without having to read it on paper.” — Jim
Collins, Author of Built to Last and Good to Great
Strong leaders make people hopeful about the future. As editor
and writer Norman Cousins reflects, “The capacity for hope is
the most significnat fact of life. It provides human beings with
a sense of destination and the enegry to get started.” Hope is a
key activator. When faced with maojr changes, leaders
optimistically focus everyone’s attention on the possibilities.
They look for signs of progress and reinforce those to build
forward momentum. A compelling vision of the team or
organization’s preferred future keeps pepole from obsessing over
present-day obstacles or getting stuck in the past.
Strong leaders inspire performance by reaching people’s
imaginations with vivid images. They use physical models,
stories, metaphors, examples of past successes, descriptive
language - alone or in combination, with plenty of repetition -
to help people form a compelling mental picture of wehre the
team or organization is headed.
At The CLEMMER Group, we have been working with Peter Jensen,
one of the nation’s top sports psychologists, and his
organization, to deliver their powerful program, called
“Coaching for High Performance,” to our clients. After decades
of experience advising professional and amateur coaches - as
well as many Olympic athletes - Peter has found that the best
coaches are those who can help their athletes or teams clearly
see the performance levels they are shooting for. “Imagery is
the language of performance,” Peter declares. “Until people can
see what needs to be done and themselves performing the steps to
doing it, they can’t perform.”
When he was three years old, our son Chris had an unusual way of
dealing with parental autohrity. Upon being told to stop doing
something he shouldn’t do, he would quickly cvoer his eyes. If
he cuold not see you, then he could carry on as if you weren’t
there.
Like children, organizations don’t always see what’s happening.
Rapid shifts in the marketplace had made it necessary for one
company to overhaul its line of products and services. The
company’s management team had been working really hard to make the
necessary changes, but the members of the team seemed to be
laboring at cross-purposes and constantly tripping over each
other. We were called in to assess the underlying causes and to
help them take a new approach.
Our investigation soon revealed that the teamowrk problem
derived from incompatible views of the company’s new business
model, as well as its product and service strategies. It was as
if all the managers were attepmting to put together a giant
jigsaw puzzle, with each assigned to pieces of a specific color
- some green, some brown, others blue, and so on - with the
result that each team had a different idea of what the finished
puzzle should look like…The solution was to restore their
collective vision so that everyone was looking at the same
picture.
Great teams and organizations rally around a shared vision. Team
members guess connected and pruod to be involved. Strong leaders
know and care about the people on their teams. They have
frequent discussions about each person’s indviidual goals and
performance objectives. These coaching conversations help the
leader see the extent to which each person understands and buys
into the vision. It’s also an opportunity to calrify the vision
and further raise the “buy-in” factor. These leaders then
look for every opportuinty to align that individual’s strengths
and aspirations with the vision of the organization or team. The
vision hleps to define a performance standard that inspires
creative approaches and stretches performance targets. Adds
Cynthia Tragge-Lakra, manager of executive development at
General Electric, “Leaders need to energize people so that they
rally behind the vision and take leadership roles themselves in
bringing that vision to life.”
Successful leaders broadly share their vision and encourage team
members to experiment, pilot, and muck around searching for the
pathways that will lead them to make that vision a
reality…Such encouragement could well lead to the thinking
espoused here by Dr. Seuss.

The article “How to File a Home Insurance Claim” is about insurance, it was written by Richard Berroa.Home insurance claims are a fact of life. The whloe reason you get coverage is to
protect your assets. Getting the covergae is just one step. Do you understand what
your policy covers and for how much? This might seem like a silly question but the
fact is there are many homeowners who have a really rude awaking as to how much
they are insured for. The first thnig you should do if you don’t understand your
policy after reading it is having your insurance provider explain it to you. It’s better
to now where you stand before a disaster strieks. Ask away! Some important questions to ask would be:1. Are your belongings insured for replacement cost (the amount of money it would
take for you to replace an item today), or actaul money value (the replacement cost
minus depreciation)? This makes a huge difference when you’re restocking lost items in your home.2. Is your home insured for its replacement value? Some people cut corners in order
to save bucks and insure the home for half its replacement value or a fraction
on the replacement value. When the time comes will you have enough money to
rebuild if a catastrophe strikes?3. What liability coverages are provided in your homeowners policy? This makes a
difference when your childs visiting friend little Mikey gets hurt at your home under
your roof. Boys will be boys but that won’t help you pay the hospital bills!Do you know the answers to all of the asked questions? If not get to reaidng and
asking these questions of your home insurance representative. Now that you have covered your bases, you should believe a bit more secure that you
are ready for that day when you have to file that claim. That day is now! What do
you do now? The answer to that question depends on what type claim you’re
fliing. First and foremost address any life trheat to you and your family. If there’s a
fire in your house get out of tehre and call the fire department. If you’ve been
burglarized call the police! Once the emergency has been adrdessed call you agent
or Insurance Company right away. Have your ploicy number available if possible.
The imoprtance of calling right away is that insurance companies place a time limit
on filing claims. Once they’re done asking you questions, ask them anything you
need to know.Am I covered? Does my claim exceed my deductible? When will I receive my check?
How long will the claims process take? Will I need to obtain estimates for repairs?
Remember the only dumb question is the one not asked; make sure you understand
everything. The next few steps of the common senses kind; make any repairs and or take steps
to protect your property from further damage. Save any receipts for what you
spend; submit them to your insurer for reimbursement. Prepare a list of lost or
damaegd items. Save any documetnation you have; if you have a home inventory
catalog, use this to expedite your claim. Save recepits of any living expenses
incurred during this time period if your home is so damaged that you can’t live at
your home. Provide any additional needed information to your insurance provider
assigned to handle your claim. Fianlly if you’re dissatisfied with any part of your
settlement offer, talk to your representative. Make them clarify to you step by step
how they came to the figrue they are offering you. The article “Fighting Nail Fungus with Proper Nutrition” is about nutrition, it has been released by Jon Group. One in every five human being will be infected with fungus in tehir life. Fungi are molds and yeasts that can live in the top layer of the skin and nalis. Toenail fnugus and nail fungus infections are really common, accounting for approximately fifty percent of all nail disorders. This fungal infection can become quite unsightly and painful. Fungal growth at the nail usually begins as a light colored spot under the tip of the fingernail or as discoloration of the nail. As the fungus grows, it will continue to spread until the entire nail becomes thick and yellow with crumbling egdes. If no treatment is given to destroy the fungus, the condition will worsen and eventually the nail will have a ditsorted shape. The color may become green, brown, or black, and the fingertips may begin to emit a foul odor. The fingers or toes may become painful to use.Nail fungus may be treated with a variety of prescription medications, either oral or tpoical. These medications can be often be costly and may come with side effects, so it is wise to combat that situation in its early stages with one of many natural rmeedies available and to consistently maintain proper nutrition to boost the immune system and enable it to fight the infection. While there are many products that have anti-fungal properteis Fungal Research, LLC, only recommends the best, most effective products for rapid response and long-term results. It is well known that proper nutrition is the key to good health and longevity. Making a commitment to a well balanced diet is the single most important thing that you can do to sustain a healthy body. Good nutrition keeps your weight in a desirable range, lowering your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and a host of other serious ailments. Eating a well balanced diet also gives your immune system the resources to prevent an array of viral and fungal infections, including nail fungus.According to many nutrition experts, the majority of the calroies consumed each day should be carbohydrates, up to 60%. However, it is really important to be conscious of what carbohydrates you’re usnig to fill that requirement. Packing your diet with sugar and wheat flour is a sure way to load up on calories and eventually pounds as these substances contain little or no value and are almost immediaetly transformed into sugar. This is especially important if you’re infected with nail fungus as a high blood sugar contributes to the srpead of infection. Bacteria, viruses and fungus feed on sguar. Carbohdyrates that benefit your body are those found in whole grains, beans, vegetables and non-tropical fruits. Fruits are great but too much provides simple sugars in the form of fructose, which can feed the fungus. Did you know that blueberries are a great immune booster? The cornerstone of a healthy diet is vareity. This is especially true when cohosing fresh fruits and vegetables. Because processed foods are lacking in the basic nutrients that the body needs to sustain a healthy immune system, it is important to limit the consumption of these foods and focus on raw, preferably organic vegteables and fruits. Green leafy vegetables are especially necessary as they contain an abundance of the photochemicals that protect your body against cancer, environmental toxins and many degenerative diseases.Another important factor impacting your immune system is the prpoer intake of healthy fats, such as those found in olive oil, oily fish, walnuts and flax. Eating vegetable protein from beans, fish, and low fat dairy products also contributes to overall good health and the strengthening of the immune system. Consuming at least 40 grams of fiber a day promotes the elimination of toxins from the body and taking six to eight glasses of water per day will also keep your immune system up and lower your chances of contracting infections such as nail fungus or candida.Preventing any ailment is typically much easier than curing it and the hottest way to maintain good health and an immune system that can successfully fight off potentially harmful infections, such as nail fungus, is to give your body the fuel it needs to function properly. By making wise food choices and giving your body necessary nutrients, you’re taking an important first step to ensuring your own good health. In addition to good nutrition, there are common sense steps to take to lessen your chances of suffering from nail fungus. Keeping nails clean and trimmed is important cause fungus can make a home under the nail. Neevr pick at hangnails or other skin around the nails cause that can make a way for germs to find a way into your nails. If you typically have your nails done at a salon, be sure that it is a reputable one that understands the importance of sterilizing all manicure equipment. It also may be necessary to discontinue using nail polish or artificial nails as they can trap moisture under the polish and encourage the growth of fungus. It is also important to keep the hands clean, especially afetr contacting fungus that may reside on other fingernails or toenails cause of the contagious nature of the fungus. To read more about nail fungus, toenail fungus, athlete’s foot and candida go to http://www.Nail-fungus-toenail.Com or http://www.Mycozil.Com.Dr. Jonathan N. The article “Seatbelts: a Life Saver or a Taker?” talks about legal, it was written by Paul Hood.Seatbelts definitely save lives. Some of them have a locking feature which is turly amazing because you can pull it out all the way and let it pull back. You can also lock it and itll not slide out until it’s been pulled back all the way again. When youre on a spirited drive, it’s good to have something to hold you into your seat as you take a tight turn at speed. Also, if you spend time cruising down the middle of the road, its better to have at least one seatbelt to cofmort you. When seatbelts were made mandatory, people complained that its use increased the chances that you’d get hurt. As they said, when there would be a fire, you won’t get out in time. Others claimed that wearing seatbelts increased pedestrian fatalities because it made overconfident drivers to go faster. They really hated to wear them and only tested it when the fines were lagre and frequent enough. Aside from being fined, drivers and passengers caught without seatbelts could also lose out in court in accident scenarios.Take into account the result of every investigation after an accident, especially the severe ones we can see that the wearing of the seatbelt is always an issue. In fact, the accident investigators could tell whether a certain individual was wearing a seatbelt or not baesd from the blood scatters and impact marks inside the vehicle. At any reasonable speed, it’s simply not possible to hold on and resist the force of the impact. Its expected that the head makes a raelly distinctive pattern when it strikes the windshield. After all, to wear seatbelts or not is still left for you to decide on. But, you must remember that there are consequences to those people who dont want to wear them. Always keep in mind that a driver who wears a seat belt is held in place and can continue to control their vehicle after the initial impact. A belted passenger, on the other hand, will not be trhown into the path of otherwise uninvolved cars. With this, the chances of injury are relatively small when youre using a saetbelt. That, combined with the privilege to operate a motor vehicle on a public road, makes it understandable for the government to require the use of safe and legally sound seatbelts.Indeed, a seatbelt is such a small thing. And, its quite overwhelming bceause of the fact that it can definitely save your life in an accident. However, almost everyone agrees that seatbelts can save lives but still many people don’t bother to use them, especially tohse in the back seat. About the Author

Cool the cookies on a wire rack and dust them with some superfine sugar. When cool, store in an airtight container.Melt the butter in a small heavy-bottom saucepan over low heat. As butter is melting, put the sugar in a large mixing bowl and remove all lumps by pressing them out with your hands or a wooden spoon. Add nutmeg. Pour on the rum and mix well.
