For some time now that I have been looking ahead into 2009. What will be a hot industry to get into? Last week I think I finally found it.

Last week I read the book “Why You’re DUMB, SICK, & BROKE . . . and How to Get SMART, HEALTHY & RICH” written by Randy Gage. In this book Randy Gage explains why the corporate world, traditional businesses, and the Rat Race will keep people dumb, sick, and broke.

In this book he devotes a chapter to some of the hottest businesses today and they are:

1] Real Estate
2] Network Marketing
3] Information Entrepreneur

There is much to talk about the first two but I would like to focus on the third option - becoming an information entrepreneur.

The beauty of an information entrepreneur is that anyone can become one. The concept is that everyone knows something about something. So why not turn that into a profitable business?

What are the steps that an Information entrepreneur needs to take in order to become known, accepted and successful?

1] Today in the world of Social Media it is critical that you set up a website or blog promoting your ideas, promoting your information. The more information you share the more you will become known and focus your efforts on building an audience. You audience are those who will be coming back to your blog or website for more of your information. They are thirsty for your information.

This will get you credibility on the World Wide Web.

Surviving the recession in 2009 and beyond will be a real challenge for many families in this great country that we live in. My husband saw this coming long before the government announced in December of 2008 that we were officially in a recession. He worked in the housing industry and came home one day and told me that we better find another stream of income if we were going to survive the recession. I then asked him what we will do. He said 1. We could become bank robbers, 2. We could get part time jobs at one of those local super stores, 3. We could start a network marketing business and learn how to leverage the internet so we could produce leads and not have to chase family and friends. I pondered on his proposal for a while and I then knew that the only answer was network marketing.

So the next day we both started doing research on how we would leverage the internet and began surviving the recession. We looked at allot of different network marketing companies and also tried to find someone who could be a mentor to both of us. We wanted to find a company that had mass appeal, not another super juice or vitamin, as this industry seems to be full of that stuff. About 2 weeks later we finally found a mentor and a company that offered both of us what we were truly passionate about and ran with it, it was just that simple.

Surviving the recession all of the sudden became easy, we got into profit in our first month witch is unheard of in any business. Producing lead was as easy as applying what we learned from our mentor and we were having people call us rather then us dialing for dollars. Since we have applied what our mentor taught us this business has become so easy that I truly believe a little kid could do it.

Surviving the Recession in 2009 and beyond is a very easy thing to do if you take massive action.

Top Tip No.1

Good Lie in Bunker

Open your stance a little by keeping your left foot back ( right handers) and also open the clubface slightly. Swing the club parallel with your feet with an out to in action causing a steeper swing which makes the ball rise quicker and also produces backspin which means the ball will stop quickly on the green. Aim slightly left of target as the ball should tend to fly to the right.

Top Tip No.2

Plugged Lie in Bunker

Instead of opening the face of the club you should keep the club face square.
This shot should be approached with reasonable speed following through keeping the clubface square and therefore digging into the sand behind the ball with the sand and the ball coming out of the bunker together. The very action required to come out of the bunker from a plugged lie means that there will not be any backspin and the ball will roll on some distance.

Top Tip No.3

Downhill Lie In Bunker

If the ball finishes on a downhill lie in the bunker open the clubface and adopt an open stance with the Authentic Fendi Handbags on your left foot. The shot should be played near to your left foot trying to follow the slope of the bunker. At impact the weight should be focused on your left foot allowing the ball to be sliced out of the bunker providing you complete a full follow through.

Top Tip No. 4

Uphill Lie In Bunker

For this type of shot you do not need to adopt an open stance or open up the face of the golf club. Instead follow the uphill slope of the bunker and position your body parallel to the slope and swing solidly also parallel to the slope.

The golf ball should come out of the bunker with a higher trajectory and therefore not run on too far

Stating The Obvious!

Whether you are playing out of a greenside bunker from a good lie, a plugged lie, on a downslope or on an upslope or however you are placed in the sand one of THE most important tips is to keep your head still, eye on the sand 1 or 2 inches behind the ball, until the shot is executed.

You could otherwise have an excellent technique but it will probably go wrong if you come up to look for your golf ball too quickly.

This may sound like stating the obvious but it is a very common error made by many mid to high handicap golfers and is often brought about because the player is anxious and nervous about playing bunker shots. Have you ever said “How unlucky was that!? The ball hit the top 2 inches of the bunker face and almost came out!” Now the golf ball is lying way deep down in the imprint of your shoe! Game over!

The fact is that if you had not lifted your head too early you would not have seen the golf ball hitting the face of the bunker. If you had kept your head down until after impact with the sand then the chances are that the golf ball would be heading for the green. Take a look at an image of a professional or low handicap golfer on the TV or pictured in a golfing magazine and you can clearly see that nearly every time after impact the golf ball is travelling upwards towards the green and the golfer is still looking down to where the golf ball had been.

Are you busy or fruitful? I heard this question recently, and it caused me to think about how the busyness of life can keep us from the important things, the goals we want to achieve in our families, relationships and professional lives. I’m not one to make resolutions each year, but I am one to evaluate what is working and what isn’t. Look back at your 2008-was it very productive? Or were you frequently overwhelmed by your to-do list?

Here are some strategies I’ve tried to use to make my life less busy and more fruitful.

1. Set goals based on your talents and true calling. What is your passion? Write down some smaller steps to help you reach your goal.

2. Spend more time thinking (or in prayer/meditation) and reading good books and less time watching TV. These activities boost creativity and energy and help us focus.

3. Reduce your intake of negative news. As a Journalism major, this was tough for me, but I’ve gained more than an hour a day of time and reduced my anxiety level.

4. Consolidate errands, go online or do without. Do you really need a new outfit or another car wash, or can you spend the time/money elsewhere?

5. Delegate, ask for help or just say no to things you do not want on your to-do list.

6. Stop complaining to those who cannot correct a situation. Address problems with the appropriate sources, but don’t waste everyone else’s time over it.

7. Make peace. Resolve conflicts with people in your life; you’ll spend too much time and energy stewing over unresolved conflicts.

8. Encourage and help others, especially the less fortunate.

9. At the beginning of each day, think about what you’d like to accomplish (write it down) and the attitude you would like to project to others.

10. At the end of each day, evaluate how you did on #9, and consider what changes you may need to make.

In fact, this is so prevalent, that you can ask anyone who has ever said anything that Obama supporters didn’t like and they’ll tell you the same thing.

So, one should ask why is this allowed? Why is it that folks can trash you online without using their real name, then intrude into your private life and slander you? It is interesting that these same individuals are the folks running around talking “Bush Hate Speech” around town, in public and online. They demand to be heard and scream bloody murder if they do not get their free-speech. Yet, when someone questions their opinion, they attack them?

What amazing hypocrisy. It would appear to me that “free-speech” in America applies only to those who;

• Hate Bush
• Support Obama
• Seek a Social Agenda

What about everyone else? On one hand we have a so-called professor of Constitutional Law running for President out telling his supporters to attack anyone who disagrees with him or his socialist leanings. Doesn’t that seem odd to you? Well, I ask what is America in for if Obama gets elected, will they throw people in prison for disagreeing with them? I just bet they do. Beware America, this is getting really serious.
